Many people know us as Darryl & Michelle, formerly of Century 21 Puerta del Sol handling general San Felipe Real Estate Sales. In January 2010 we took the opportunity to form our own Mexican Corporation offering San Felipe Real Estate Representation to both Buyers and Sellers. Although we specialize in El Dorado Ranch and La Ventana del Mar Lots and Homes For Sale, we represent properties with legal title or lease agreements throughout San Felipe town. Baja Sun Real Estate consults with several reputable sources for all of their transactions regarding San Felipe Real Estate, including Mexican Attorneys, Publico Notarios and Independent Closing Agents/Services. We work hard to ensure all sales and or transfers are completed fully and legally.

After spending 20+in Hawaii, we moved to San Felipe in 2005. We live and work in San Felipe full time, supporting the many local events that occur throughout the year. One of our favorite organizations is VIVA San Felipe, which helps all of the animals of San Felipe.  In addition to our Cocker Spaniel, JJ that came with us from Hawaii, we have added 3 loving San Felipe dogs to our family.

We assist our clients with all aspects of acquiring a property in San Felipe, including establishing FM3's and local bank accounts, utility set up/changes and the final closing/transfer of properties. We also offer clients who currently do not have title to their real estate independent Closing Services to get the property transferred legally and securely.
